Went in for a broken hand, Dr. walked in, looked at the xray and said 6 weeks to heal and I would need a cast, then left. Wasn't even in the room for 5 minutes. The nurse came in, wrapped with gauze and took me to check out. No one explained anything about care, pain, nothing. Definitely would not recommend.
So impersonal. Never felt heard and felt completely rushed.
Dr. Rho listened to my concern, explained treatment and successfully relieved my pain. It is a nice and professional office.
Horrible experience, impersonal, spent 2 minutes and didn’t explain a thing... looking for a doctor that really want to help their patients, not only collect money.
I saw Dr. Rho recently for a finger injury. He took the time to thoroughly explain my injury and answer all questions I had. Excellent bedside manner, and easy to talk to. Would recommend

Came to doctor rho for a broken hand and torn ligament in wrist. I saw him a total of 3 times. The amount of time he spent couldn't have totaled more than 4 mins. he didn't even examine my wrist on any of the follow ups. Just kept telling me to come back in a few weeks never telling me a prognosis.. left me completely in the dark and would walk out before I could ask any questions. Hands down worst doctor I ever been to. And I've been to a lot in my life. Canceled my next appointment with him

Horrible experience, very impersonal. Saw me for less than 3 minutes. Did not advise anything, just did xray and ordered mri. after MRI report came, failed to call me after 3 messages. Not even, if I need to take anti-inflammatory meds or ice the injury. He is in the wrong business. He should not be in the caring business.
