I called Sunday night due to not having hot water, the maintenance guy told me to check the breaker I did and said ok I’ll see if this works. I called the after hrs number right back IMMEDIATELY and told them it didn’t work and I needed someone out ASAP!! NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!!!! I had to boil hot water just to be able to clean my body! I AM BEYOND ANGRY WITH THE NEGLECT, DISRESPECT, AND LIES I CONSTANTLY GET FED!! I HAD A MAJOR SURGERY ON FRIDAY, so to be WITHOUT HOT WATER is was an awful experience for me!!
