Scott and his team at Waltara have been excellent. We had never built a house before and didn't know where to start. We had a unique block that we wanted to put townhouses on. Scott took care of everything. We met multiple times to discuss what we wanted and they came up with the plans from there. Waltara Homes took over our build after our previous builder went into liquidation. They treated us with such kindness and patience from beginning to end. Our previous builders were impossible to communicate with once the contract was signed, but Scott at Waltara was always available to answer questions or give us updates. Once we had been assigned a site manager - Louie, it was like we were part of the family. We felt in such good hands, and nothing was too much trouble.
