I've been a customer with State Farm/Walt for over 17 years...not one claim filled in all that time. Today I needed a tow, which I have coverage for...Walt could not answer whether or not the 28 mile tow to get my car home would be covered in full or not; said, you might have to cover most of it if there is a repair facility closer than your home...but couldn't say whether or not there was a repair facility closer than my house or not. I've given these people $10k+ over the years and yet they want to nickle and dime me over ... read more

I opened up a claim on 8/3/17 regarding a water damage that occurred in my shower in my main bathroom. This incident occurred in a span of 8 hours time while I was at work, leading my bathroom to flood and obtain a musty/moldy odor.
