Good folks, quality products.
Stopped by to buy thermal coupling. He checked it for me and told me it was fine. Gave me some advise on what to check it it fixed my gas logs with no cost. That’s old school customer service.

We bought a new fireplace from Walt Meston. The installer found it had a bad value and told me to call the store for help. They offered no help. Instead they said it couldn’t possibly have a bad value because it was brand new. I was caught between the store and the installer. At no time did the store tell me they contact the manufacturer.
