We bought a new fireplace from Walt Meston. The installer found it had a bad value and told me to call the store for help. They offered no help. Instead they said it couldn’t possibly have a bad value because it was brand new. I was caught between the store and the installer. At no time did the store tell me they contact the manufacturer.
Amazing store. Knowledgeable staff. Huge selection.
Drove over an hour to come here, not open on hours posted on website and on door of building.
