I took my *************************************** the transmission. It took 10 days for me to get my car because it need a part. The came in last Wednesday. They had 4 days to repair it which should only take 1.5 days. When I picked up today,the service manager said my car was a priority because they had other cars to work. I just recently purchased from this company. An for one it was a long process. But I had the vehicle delivered to my home I was at work at the time of delivery. When I made it home from work I test drove it nice car inside an out but when I was driving I could hear the breaks making a high pitch noice so I immediately reached out to the saleswoman that sold me the car. My son bought a 2016 GMC truck with very low miles I thought it was too good to be true. Well, I was right. We drove home and didn't notice anything wrong the next day he stated pulling and shaking when he turns right. He called and of course no answers. We took it to an automotive shop closer to our home. This company put it on a lift and immediately said the rust up under the truck was unreal. 1480 hwy 98 E columbia ms 39429 Walt Massey . I went to visit Walt Massey Chevrolet Service dept to have my vehicle serviced and i had a problem with service intaker *****. I had stayed in lobby 15-20 mins told ***** the intaker that i had to leave because the the location where i purchased the vehicle from found a major defected in my car and wanted me to returned it there for service. So i told service intaker ***** i had to leave and he wanted to charge me a 100 and something dollars for driving vehilce into car garage. I... read more

We enjoyed the service and friendly people at Ryan Motors. Our salesman Bryan Perren was great. He went over and above to help us with our selection of the right truck. We will be doing more business with Ryan Motors in the future.

Ryan Chevrolet has a great selection, friendly to deal with and a Hattiesburg landmark. I remember going there as a kid and hanging out in the service department and parts counter with a bunch of people. Was the place to meet and carry on the news of the day back then. Really enjoy the family atmoshpere here.
