Renting from this Company has been more than frustrating, the LOW reviews are correct I have rented from them for 3 years and this company is based on greed and carelessness of the safety of their homes. The maintenance orders take 24-72 hours and at times the job doesn't get done until the next week. When it is an emergency job leasing office workers claim the work order has to process before anyone can come out. We rented a property through walt cox for approximately two years. The property was well maintained and very clean when we first moved in. They were prompt with any maintenance requests or questions we had. The move in process, as well as the move out process was extremely easy. They raised the rent around $50 each lease renewal but that is to be expected. Do NOT rent from this property management company. The worst ever. I have video and pictures of their tenants destroying other people's properties.
Terrible customer service. The rent to awful tenants and do nothing what so ever to get their tenants to not destroy other owners properties. I've had Mt fence broken by 2 of their tenants. They sent a team out to fix the fence and have to send someone else out to fix it again. They have no control over their tenants and tldesteuction of other people's property.
