Felt rushed and impersonal. The adjustment was rough, and I left more sore than before. They also pushed an expensive long-term plan after just one visit, which felt more like a sales pitch than care. Won’t be going back.
I pulled my hip/back when lifting something very heavy and had hip pain and painful gait. Dr Schaeffer decreased that pain and stiffness by 95% yesterday and today that pain is just about gone and I’m walking normally. He’s great and I would recommend!
If you enjoy being talked at instead of listened to, this is the perfect place. There's no shortage of ego here—just a shortage of humility, patience, or basic respect. It’s a masterclass in how to turn a simple appointment into an exercise in self-promotion. Somehow, the actual care feels like an afterthought to the performance. Wouldn't recommend unless you're specifically seeking an adjustment and a lesson in how not to treat people.
