Great Service – Hired Walsh Pest to eradicate a rat and ant infestation. They got rid of the rats in two treatments. They have repeatedly come to our house on the drop of a dime to spray for ants and set ant traps. They are almost all gone. I believe the colony of ants is actually inside a wall as there is nothing left living in the perimeter nor in the crawl space of the house which they have repeatedly treated. Have not seen an ant for a few days now.

Could Not Provide Contract – We got an estimate for rat proofing and trapping from Frank Walsh (very good price with 6 month warranty) and contacted him a couple of weeks later to start the work. He said he could start the next week. I called him back to ask him to bring a contract that spelled out the scope of the work and the warranty and he said fine. The next day I get a call from Frank saying that it was "not within his abilities" to write up a contract and that he won't be taking our job. I can't imagine what kind of a... read more
