Walsh Property Management has been open since 1977. We service over 80 communities in the East bay. Walsh PM managers are highly skilled and most are CACM certified. We take pride in caring for our associations and we can care for your's too. We work very closely with the Board of Directors at each of our communities. We have a great call back window of 2 hours and we have emergency night and weekend Management. We know this industry and we care about the work we do.

Just overall pathetic. I've been here over 10yrs. The Ppl that represent WP are rude and condescending.

Our HOA recently replaced Walsh (thank goodness) after 43 years. J. Boyd, who was in charge of our complex, was awful to the homeowners. He was condescending, rude, aggressive and just a real bully. This is not just my opinion. MULTIPLE (15+) homeowners had similar experiences. Having been to a couple board mtngs, you could see him bullying the board members. So glad he is gone. Before you consider going with this company, think about why/how they were replaced after 43 years.
I lived in two home owner associations (HOAs) that used Walsh as property manager (PM). In general Walsh seemed to do a good job. I think the many negative reviews are caused by sampling bias, and unfairly blaming the PM for association policies and enforcement that are due to the association managers not due to the PM.
