RecommendedGreat folks and a good place to do business.
Don't recomend this place to anyone. They had a f150 that I was interested in so I called and set up a time to make the almost 2 hour drive to check it out. The day before I was scheduled to come see it, I get a text message from them that they raised the price $1000 because they had to do some work to it. If the vehicle has problems fix it first then price it. So I decide to go look at it anyways. The truck was ok for the price. We recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Rav4 hybrid from Motor Inn. Mike Daves and the team at Motor Inn went out and found the color and options that I wanted, had the vehicle brought in. The rest of the trade was very easy including the financing.

We recently purchased a new 2019 Toyota Sienna XLE. Aaron Ewoldt was a fantastic salesman to work with. He was quick to respond to messages and questions. He made the purchase a pleasant and relaxed experience. Steph was also great in finance. We will be back when we need another vehicle. Amy and Kevin in service always take care of us when we come in for maintenance. We are always happy customers and will continue to use Motor Inn.
The body shop and collision center was just awesome. Not only did the vehicle come away looking perfect but the shop management was professional, respectful, and incredibly understanding to the issues surrounding the repair. Great work Motor Inn of Carroll!
This place DOES NOT take care of their customers or their employees!! My daughter bought a vehicle from them, things were wrong with it and didn't hold up their end of the deal. Besides that took the commission from my brother to pay for it!! Rude to talk to on the phone and just an all around bad experience. GO TO NEW WAY FORD!!!
