700 dollars for a tow! My girlfriend was involved in a accident and they wouldn't let us get our own tow due to the time it would take. The car hasn't even been sitting for 12 hours and we called first thing in the morning to see how much it would be. A regular tow would be about 150 dollars and somehow this was 700 dollars, Oak lawn has literally given this place a license to rob!

This company takes advantage of your situation and STEAL your money. Its obvious stealing! When the police called them to two my car at midnight, I came next day to pay and take the car but they took advantage of the situation and asked me to pay $560!!! And he charged two days for the spot although I came next day. And he refused to take any type of payment but cash because he knew I don't have cash so he can charge me one more day. He was a JERK
Very very unprofessional. The customer service lady who answer the phone is very rude and disrespectful. I was kindly asking for a break down of everything I needed to pay for and she was telling me that she had 3 other people on hold and did not want to answer my questions regarding my car being stolen. My car was stolen and I wasn’t notified till 7 days later. They already had my information in the system so they could have contacted me sooner but chose not to! This place need to be shut down.
