Dave is very friendly and helped us to get a great rate. Stayed on phone for over 30 minutes exploring many options and never felt rushed or hurried.
Dave Walsh is never in the office, nor does he return phone calls. Regretfully, we have been advised repeatedly by staff that only Dave can modify policies. Therefore, after several attempts to reach Dave, the policy we have had for 14 years shall be canceled. Hello Progressive, Grange, Geigo
I have been a customer of Erie Insurance for 27 years and ever since David Walsh took over, my rates have increased on my home insurance and my auto insurance and he has been nothing but rude to me over the last year or so. Today I received a letter in mail that they are no longer insuring me due to my daughter. What a nice way to say Happy Holidays and thanks for being a customer for 27 years. I mean isn't insurance for claims, and isn't that why I pay?! I used to recommend this company, Never Again!!
Wow! What a great Erie Homeowner policy and great service from Dave! When we had damage to our roof during the August 6th storm Erie took great care of us. The policy had coverage provision that I had no idea we had. While neighbors are still trying to get their claims resolved with other carriers, our new roof is on and paid for. I cannot recommend Dave and Erie highly enough!
