As first time home buyers , you are trusting your home inspector to give you a thorough report of the house.Within 2 years of purchase, we have needed electrical, plumbing, and a $40,000 foundation job. Which included the hiring of a structural engineer. (not cheap)None of which was on the report. If I knew I was going to be spending an extra $500 a month I would of bought a bigger house without problems. People like this need to be held responsible. Would NOT RECCOMEND.

Did poor work as they left the house without attaching furnace panels. Furnace would not work as a result as well as created a potential safety issue. So far, no response from them either when trying to follow up.
RecommendedThe staff at Walsh is fantastic. I have personally used them twice now and have strongly recommended to friends/family needing a home inspection.
