Terrible customer service. Defective window from the factory and a year and a half it failed. Would not cover labor or shipping at all. Never buy this brand again.
Hi, In the area of western ********* where I live we had a hailstorm in ****. A lot of our windows were damaged by the baseball sized hail.I don't recall who installed the replacement windows at the time but that doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the product.
