Lots of typical car dealership showmanship. Expect to pay higher than MSRP for any parts purchased from here which includes the special pink coolant juice.
We had a screw in our tire while on a road trip. We called and they were available to squeeze us in. The really amazing part though- they didn't have the tire we needed and were upfront with us that we could try going to a DIFFERENT dealership! They suggested we might want to get the right tire rather than using a tire that would work but would wear differently and make all the tires need to be replaced sooner (since AWD vehicles need the tread to stay within 3/16 inch).
