My husband and I bought a car from here a year or two ago. The car is great, but our experience here was horrible. Heavily pressured to add the extra warranties/services, but we declined and wanted the new car without all the extra things (mats, coatings, services, etc). During the contract part it asked which monthly payment we wanted, we asked which one was the plan without the extra things (first time buying a new car) and our salesperson rolled her eyes and said we had to choose one of the plans. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience with Nathan Bowes as our sales rep extraordinaire. I got more in the Mazda than I expected, it is very luxurious and quiet and a beautiful ride.
