Have had my car serviced at other garages and other Mazda service centers. This has been the best location I’ve visited. For repairs, staff have been highly transparent with me on recommending timelines, risks, pricing, and what I don’t need to rush. I’ve been here at least 5-8 times for maintenance and repairs, and always left feeling I’ve made decisions unpressured and well informed. Highly recommend.
I recently took my 1994 Mazda Miata in for routine service . The car was inspected with accompanying video. Ther were some potential issues with an axel gasket with a very small leak. After discussion with James, the service manager . It was recommended to wait and see. I greatly appreciate the honesty . We’ll be back .
I was surprised that I wasn't met at the car as I pulled up. went in side and pretty sure 5 sales guys not even a good evening. sat in a cx90 and a cx50 decided to leave.
