Schmooze. If you are looking for the historical, stereotypical yuck car salesmen get, talk to Louie. He was friendly, but did not introduce himself. He spoke to us like we are idiots and know nothing about cars, almost like we are children. It got even worse when we told him we needed to talk it over. Parts and Service specifically have been very kind to us. After a few experiences we have never felt coerced or misled, everyone has been very kind and friendly. I can't review the Sales end as we haven't worked with them...yet. When we're in the market for a new Mazda I'm quite certain we'll make the trip here despite it not being the closest location available to us, Sales at Morrie's Mtka kicked us to the curb as soon as we signed.
This shows as from Jill, but Bob is doing the review and had the experience at Walser. This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Jeff Kruse was our sale representative. He went above and beyond in many ways to help us decide on a used car and then in preparing the car for delivery. He stayed in contact with me about the couple cars we were interested in and mentioned there was another buyer coming in to look at one of the cars.
