I bought a used 2011 Lexus RX350. Love it! But TPMS light was on at time of sale. I was promised it would be taken care of before I picked up vehicle & put down $, 3 business days later….but light come on w/in 10 miles. It’s now been 2 weeks and they haven’t put me in rental while it’s properly fixed. Horrible follow up customer service!!! Unacceptable!
