Had an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Over an hour and a half for this... it shouldn't take this long to do the very basic routine stuff. I now remember why I stopped coming here for service to begin with....
Extremely unsafe and unacceptable service experience. I brought in my 2024 GMC Hummer EV for multiple safety-related issues — including CV joint failures, battery-system alerts, and drivetrain concerns. Walser repeatedly released the vehicle back to me without performing the required GM Certified Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection, even though their own repair orders show serious defects were present.
