Well I'm gonna start by saying the first session seem to help he starts with a clicker an adjust your neck and (cracks adjust) your back if need be.but after the first session your basically paying $38 for someone to run this clicker staple gun type thing up your back and after that you still feel the same.so I wont be returning gonna look elsewhere.
