I had an oil leak, and they kindly fitted me in the very same day I called. Within just three hours, the job was done. While I waited, I sat in their comfortable, air-conditioned reception and got some work done. In that short time, I saw first-hand how exceptionally they handle their customers professional, friendly, and efficient. Amazing customer service and care. Took my car in for a diagnostic to reject my vehicle and they booked me in urgently and kept me up to date with the whole process. Dealt with Gavin personally and cannot fault his knowledge, experience and customer service! Has even helped me find a new car and look into the history of the vehicle to avoid any more problems with the next car. 100% would recommend and all the staff are lovely and helpful!
These guys are great, started taking my car here after my old mechanic retired. Their pricing is fair, the work they do is top quality. Recently just had my MOT with them and booked it online and got reminders all the way until the day.
10/10 Service every time! Been taking my vehicle there for a couple years now and will never think to go anywhere else. The Service and Tyre Bay staff all have good product knowledge and leave you feeling reassured your vehicle is safe and in good working order. Highly recommend these guys to everyone!
Wow what can I say , brought my car few months ago with terrible service from a certain dealer , and my worry was always the wet belt on my C5x. So I called Citroen they said 2 month wait , it would have broken by then . So called these guys and wow what a service got me in asap, quoted the work and stuck to there word, efficient and fast service I’ll be back again 100% , also got a courtesy car which was a little dirty but hey it’s a run around and worked for me . Top guys well done , I’ll back :)
