kind and competent staff. Simon has been a gem about caring for Rusty-Griffin and Sandy also has (in the past) been. am glad they are nearby
Amazing vets, techs, and kennel staff! I've never seen such amazing quality of care with any animals! I love it here.
You could be much more friendly and accommodating to people that are looking into your services and not so quick to pass the pet off to a stand-by. After explaining the fact that my pet could not wait 3 weeks to get an appointment and that a waiting list is just an option for your customers, I decided that your hospital was not for me and my cat. Thank you to the caring people at the Charlestown Animal Hospital for taking my pet just a few hours after I called.

We have been bringing our animals to WVH for years and years and feel they are going down hill at a rapid pace. First they did not communicate with each other and treated our cat for diabetes after another vet said he had a heart issue and could not be saved and had to be put to sleep. No apologies or brake on payment of mis diagnosis of care. RecommendedOur rambunctious pup ended up with a big deep gash on his back last night, after trying to fit somewhere he couldn't. I called the vet, and Dr. Gascoyne met us at the clinic within 15 minutes, and had us on our way home in less than 2 hours with a slightly loopy, but stitched up dog. The care that is taken for animals is wonderful to witness, and we are grateful to have neighbors that care for our critters as much as we do. Thank you all so much.
Sandi was very kind and even when she was contacted after hours (which didn’t phase her at all) she was very helpful with our dogs needs and for that I thank her very much! ~Christian
They are great people to deal with and so good to my dogs always there for you when you need them.
My rescue is scared of everything & unsure of new people and places. They were amazing with her, took all the time she needed to make her feel comfortable. We were not rushed in an attempt to push us out. You can see the genuine care they have for every animal brought through that door!
