This company managed some property for me and they were clearly out of their depth. They drafted lease documents that were incomprehensible and incompatible with other documents. They encouraged leases to companies that were later found to be totally incompatible with the space, and yet they made money on the leasing commission and I later lost. They simply did not know enough to be doing this work. Interesting that the website does not list the principals. Why?
I would not recommend doing any business with this company, ever. Their apartments have bed bugs and the property managers do not care about you at all. Nothing ever gets fixed and emails and voicemails are never responded to. They only care about making money. My rent was increased 10% and when I asked if they would work with me they pretty much told me I should be glad they didn't raise it more. Not worth it. If I had the money I would move in a heartbeat. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
