I know someone that lives there. I’ve been there many times. The place is infested with mice and bugs. Especially bedbugs. They only treat one apartment at a time instead of the whole building. Their maintenance sucks. There are people living there with no heat or air conditioning. If you are lucky they’ll give you a window unit. They blame you for the heat or air not working so I guess that give them permission not to fix it.
