BILLING FRAUD!!!! Came to establish myself as a patient because I was looking for a new PCP. They coded the visit as weight loss and now my insurance won't cover it and the practice is expecting me to pay out of pocket for the visit! BILLING FRAUD!!! Two bad experiences with this office where it felt like a money grab!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
You need to explain why my medical chart lists procedures I've NEVER received at your facility let alone in the state of Md. and why there are things listed in my chart it would be medically impossible for me to have, all entered on a day I never had a doctors appointment and WHY you are trying to treat me for conditions I do not have.
