I bring my niece to the clinic. Alisha and her nurse are wonderful but the front desk staff could be friendlier. It’s uncomfortable coming into a clinic and never being greeted, yet having a sign in sheet shoved in my face while Laurie stares at the computer screen. I’ve brought my niece in numerous times, and I’ve given the front desk the benefit of the doubt that maybe they’re simply having a bad day. Unfortunately not once has her attitude changed.
