I have truly never met such rude, stuck up front desk staff. Laurie and Jacquelyn are incredibly disrespectful and will not say a WORD to anyone when they walk in unless they know them personally. So incredibly uncomfortable bringing my child here and it seems to be rubbing off on the nurse and Dr as well unfortunately. It is not THAT hard to be kind let alone say HELLO when a HUMAN BEING walks through the door. If I could give zero stars I would. Feels like a whole lot of mean girl energy when you go to this clinic.
I bring my niece to the clinic. Alisha and her nurse are wonderful but the front desk staff could be friendlier. It’s uncomfortable coming into a clinic and never being greeted, yet having a sign in sheet shoved in my face while Laurie stares at the computer screen. I’ve brought my niece in numerous times, and I’ve given the front desk the benefit of the doubt that maybe they’re simply having a bad day. Unfortunately not once has her attitude changed.
