Many family members have lived here before. We moved in last year. Just as quiet, safe, and friendly as I remember it 20 years ago. Very family oriented with lots of young families. Tons of square footage and generous storage/patio space at a great price
(Management) Useless - completely useless.
Lived here for 5 years, not one issue. Great quiet neighborhood, safe and clean. They were great when I rented, and great when I left too.
They come up as taking prior evictions but they won’t even talk to you at that point.
Whenever I have inquired concerning an apartment on Walnut Ave., management has always been friendly and helpful. I hope I can get an apartment there when I move to CA. this Summer.
