Ac has been out for four days, maintenance would not respond until we contacted the emergency maintenance phone number. They came and installed a window AC unit but it's still 81° in my apartment. It's currently Friday and I've just been told they won't even be out to look at it until Monday at the earliest.
Mold in bathrooms due to unresponsive maintenance. Toilet was leaking for 7 months even though I made requests once a month. Furnace room is a fire hazard. Absolutely disgusting.
This apartment complex is THE WORST. Don't move here. Safe yourself a bad experience. Maintenance is inexistent. The lady at the office never knows anything! Terrible customer service. I've been living here for 2 years and I've been struggling with maintenance request for months. They use your money for unnecessary expenses like "landscaping every 2 years" instead of prioritizing your needs.
Great price & location! The apartment is very spacious! It accommodates my needs to work from home and to get to anywhere in Bloomington in less than 15 minutes. The management team is helpful and responds to questions and concerns quickly!
