I had a problem, no hot water. Tried the electric and gas. Read the manual and I had done everything correct. Cold showers are not fun. I called the dealership where I bought my 5th wheel and was told to call someone else since I left the state with it. Called Wanut ridge. The service dept talked me through a simple problem and I have hot water. Awesome.
