I have been receiving excellent care from the folks at Walnut Ridge Medical Center and Bono Medical Center for the past 10 years as they are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly from the office staff to all the nurses and doctors that practice there I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Incredibly slow. Waited 2 hours and had to leave without even being seen by the doctor or even a nurse practitioner and all I needed was a physical for my daughter. It's apparent that this clinic takes on way more appointments than they can feasibly do in a day. Will not be returning
Great place to get answers and help with your medical problems. Everyone is nice and willing to help you. I recommend them to everyone.
I feel this clinic as far from my perspective is a 7/10. The employees are all really professional and seem to have my well being in mind. The wait times are a little much but I understand that health can't be handled with a set amount of time. My biggest concern is that the10 months I have been coming I saw 2 different APRNs Shea then Dana. I would love to have a more personal experience for my health. Kim
