Avoid this place at all cost. Id go see a vet before i ever go back here. Went there twice, still dont know the Drs name. The first time I went i waited 45 min for someone to come talk to me. This time i paid 35$ to sit in the patient room for an hour and a half and nobody ever came in. Waste of time effort and money. Definitely not going back here even if this office is the last office open within 200 miles.
There's usually a wait but Paige makes sure you are listened to and your concerns are answered!! Super friendly staff!!
People are nice but HOLLY MOLLY I tried to setup my pcp with them and I was stuck waiting over two hours didn’t even see the actual doctor literally no communication either. Just try first choice
I have been receiving excellent care from the folks at Walnut Ridge Medical Center and Bono Medical Center for the past 10 years as they are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly from the office staff to all the nurses and doctors that practice there I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Incredibly slow. Waited 2 hours and had to leave without even being seen by the doctor or even a nurse practitioner and all I needed was a physical for my daughter. It's apparent that this clinic takes on way more appointments than they can feasibly do in a day. Will not be returning
