edit: this is the worst place to live. do not move here. everything is faulty and never gets fixed just bandaids. maintenance is terrible. one washer and one dryer per 4 units even though it’s two bedroom units. despicable. I wish I could leave a better review. We just moved in on June 23rd and we’ve had a lot of issues. We paid a cleaning fee when we signed our lease, no big deal. DO NOT LIVE HERE, EMERGENCIES DON'T MEAN ANYTHING TO THIS PROPERTY MANAGER. If I could give this complex a zero, I would. Prepare to have maintenance not follow up or follow through, even when it's an emergency. When maintenance does decide to show up, it's at their own leisure and completely unannounced, despite them calling to "schedule a repair visit". Been here 3 winters and I've had the same issue with water leaking into the apartment due to ice dams due to poor or nonexistent insulation in the windows and roof. They come by in the spring to repair the damaged drywall, but do nothing to permanently fix the problem. I can't afford to move and honestly don't care to. I only have the reasonable expectation that the outside stay outside. This is all beside the fact that my gas bill is probably double what it should be.
Don’t let the reviews of the owners wife and their families fool you with the five star reviews when they don’t even live here. This is quite possibly one of the worst apartment complexes in the area. Once Mark and his crew took over, the whole apartment complex management has declined severely. First and foremost, the parking lot is a complete hazard and needs to be torn up and redone. It is the absolute worst..
