Just started our lease here recently. Had some trouble with the application process due to my name change and Sandra was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! She has such a beautiful personality and is so supportive and professional. As far as the community, so far so good. Ive seen the many negative reviews but they are outdated. It's pretty clean. Living at Walnut Ridge was honestly such a great experience! The management and staff are amazing — super approachable, responsive, and you can tell they really care about the residents. Anytime I needed anything, they handled it quickly and kindly. The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Did the final inspection to move out with one of the workers and he stated everything was fine and good shape which is good I move out and review and email saying I owe 1800$ for a new refrigerator they have to get and for new flooring they have to get. Complete bullshit. They are trying to scam ppl and get more money out of you. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
