If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Did the final inspection to move out with one of the workers and he stated everything was fine and good shape which is good I move out and review and email saying I owe 1800$ for a new refrigerator they have to get and for new flooring they have to get. Complete bullshit. They are trying to scam ppl and get more money out of you. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Sandy was a great help with getting things started with the process. Office staff is very friendly! Everything was very quick and easy! Very quiet community and safe. Excited to make this my home!
There is a lot of drugs being sold here not a good place to move your family in they don't do nothing about people breaking in and have no security didn't feel safe at all till I moved out last year my advice find a better place to stay
I have lived here for the past 7 months and honestly I have no complaints about this apartment complex . My unit was completely renovated and new appliances were installed before I moved in. The environment here is calm , quiet and peaceful. Maintenance answers requests within 24 hours at most . The pool is open year round which is a huge plus , it is safe at all times very lit area at night time . All around very nice place to live . Upkept , clean and peaceful .
