Just started our lease here recently. Had some trouble with the application process due to my name change and Sandra was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! She has such a beautiful personality and is so supportive and professional. As far as the community, so far so good. Ive seen the many negative reviews but they are outdated. It's pretty clean. Living at Walnut Ridge was honestly such a great experience! The management and staff are amazing — super approachable, responsive, and you can tell they really care about the residents. Anytime I needed anything, they handled it quickly and kindly. The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious.
