Had a rat problem that took so long to resolve; also didn’t require a final walk-thru so I didn’t ask for one, which was partly my fault because it was my first time renting, and they charged me some ridiculous amount for some damage.
Lived here going on 4 years, even the biggest rent raise was relatively small compared to other places around. No hassles, well maintained. Honestly it's a great spot
