Car was stolen in broad daylight here. Management claimed the cameras were non functioning so they couldn't help out with footage. Gates were broken at the time of the theft. Gates are frequently broken. Walnut Orchards is managed by Associa Northern California, which is horrible. NOTE: THEY HAVE MOVED TO STOCKTON, EVEN WORSE! The association is never available, even during normal business hours. (9-5 Monday - Friday). They also take 1.5 hour lunches every day. The pool at this membership group of apartments is poorly maintained. They have had Yellow "Do Not Cross Tape" for over a year by the jacuzzi. Still there as of last summer 2016, summer 2017 here we are.. Still taped up. Parking in Red Zones are not enforced at all. Garden Sprinklers are poorly maintained, leaving water spots on tenats vehicles.
