I had a breakdown in Dec 2024 and eventually managed to connect with Dr. Nussbaum in late January. What a saviour! She listened, advised and supported me. I felt important and no longer alone. It's ok to have limits and it's ok to say no. Dr. Nussbaum helped me realize that and I am thankful for her guidance.
Positive experiences and a great service all round. Dr Huang was very down-to-earth and easy to connect with and helped make me feel comfortable during our conversations. She was also a very good active listener which was of course helpful. Dealing with administration was also straightforward and easy. Val was happy to answer any questions or accomodate any requests. Very happy with the service!
Incredibly destabilizing. I went to Dr Shayna Nussbaum for an assessment. I knew I had major depression, ptsd and was on the autism spectrum. I felt that an assessment was a good first step in getting help, which I need badly. I've been in bed, crying for the last 9 years. Really not much else. I thought the initial conversation went well. Then I filled out 15 very outdated seeming multiple choice questionnaires rating my feelings from 1-5.
