The building is not safe it has not been upgraded since the early seventies the wiring the plumbing everything needs to be upgraded things are always breaking down elevators the entrance doors a lot of people have over dosed since I have been here. This place is turning into a flop house they did spend thousands of dollars upgrading the outside shrubs and whatnot but nobody's taking care of it they should have spent that money on the inside of the building
