Elderly and disabled beware. Crime ridden, bedbug infested, plumbing problems with maintenance slow or never responding. Elder abuse and neglect.. This community is as worse as a nursing home that has failed all it's evaluations..I f I could rate it a zero I would!
Rating 0 Bed bug infested, filthy laundry room (dirt and liquid detergent dried up on the floor. When the machines leak they could use a mop to clean the floor) Plumbing issues, toilets over flowing with urine and feces, Roto Rooter is constantly called. It takes one to two years for a request of a light fixture replacement to be granted. Emergency maintenance when called states they are too busy to get the water that leaked from an upstairs apartment into the residents apartment.
