Apartments are not cute, they are plain and cramped, no room for anything. Inferior materials used and terrible maintenance service. Low quality surroundings you have to look at everyday, which is depressing. They advertise the apartments have comfort and style which is false advertising! There is no comfort or style there.
You have people who like to control on part of the complex people who visit tenants can't park unless it's near the office handicap parking isn't handicap parking if you ask them either
