I've lived at Walnut Hill for 7 1/2 years now. It's near shopping centers, grocery stores & even gas stations. A Very friendly, quiet, lovely place to live. I love it. I've had very few problems my whole time here. I'm on a strict budget, so this is the place for me. Anyone 55 & over, or disabled should check it out. This complex is now under new management. Some things have changed.

Very happy living at West Haverstraw/Walnut Hill Apartment complex. We are very grateful to have found a community apartment that is well maintained. The office and grounds staff are all very nice. Mr. Peter Romero goes the extra mile to make things work efficiently. His professionalism and dedication is appreciated. Translated from Spanish.

My parents have been living at West Haverstraw/Walnut Hill Apartment complex for years and they absolutely love it. It is a great community that is well maintained. My parents and I are grateful to all the wonderful employees. We are so pleased with Property Manager Mr. Peter Romero who goes above and beyond to ensure the tenants are well taken care of. He’s responsive, kind and bilingual which is a great help for my parents.
