i miss this palace apartment manger kelly she is sooo nice helpful response soon as soon gud rent i love this palace if you want looking apt in fowler try 1st here
I lived here for 3 years now and the manager kelly is awsome, very nice and caring. I love these aptments, great management, clean working washer and dryers and the matience man Gustavo is soo nice and gets things done as soon as possible and on time. I would recommend to apply here , I've never been happier. :)
very poor management and maintenance never had a manager that would last working there a year always changing managers would never be informed we had new management was hard to get maintenance done
realy clean ,good staf and afordable rent
