The specialist that I see is full of information and the front desk is thorough however getting ahold of the office is brutal. It takes so much persistence that it's hard to be kind when you finally reach someone. I can't respond to emails either. This is very time consuming.
Front desk is impossible to reach. Tried phoning but they never answer, so I emailed to book an appointment instead and they said to phone. Ridiculous.
Just got transferred to Dr. Ramiah after my previous doctor closed his practice, and he seems very kind and knowledgeable so far :) I also love the ladies at the reception desk!
What is the point of obtaining a family doctor if no one answers the phones. It been 2 weeks and it’s literally impossible to book an appointment as no one answers during office hours posted.
