My work was done a couple years ago. I didn’t want to be that person a post a bad review. I am now as I am still not happy with my floor. Overall wasn’t happy with the quality of work. The painting was fine that they contracted out. The floor they installed was a crappy job. I can feel the unevenness when I walk, the one board has open about 1/4 inch. Great! Customer service is spectacular & so appreciated. It’s rare to find these days.unfortunately. Sets them apart from some others we’ve experienced during our renovation project. Highly recommend!
