Renewed Apts & Burgeoning Community I've lived here for 8 years. Under its latest & best management, I'm seeing vast improvement through renovated apartments & apartment buildings. There is alot of creative remodeling of our entire complex conducive to creating a neighborhood. Our emergency community is family-oriented, pet-friendly, safe living for students and town residents. As a longtime resident, I am impressed with present improvement, and look forward to great living in future.
New Managment I moved in the beginning of May 2018. It has been great living here. Tammie was very wonderful & patient with my application info. When moving in my apartment was very clean. Rent is good for me being on SSI. Management & maintenance are extremely friendly & always on the go. Since I have been here they have gotten a new front sign, replaced my hallways carpet and always fixing up the old things. I have only put in 2 work requests and they get fixed with in 3 days. OK, so when u move in they make it sound nice, but really ur are paying for bed bugs, roaches, drugs, the cops there 3-4 times a day, ur car broke into, fights in the halls, fights out to the pavilion, yeah such a nice shit hole to live in.
This is the worst place that one can live. they are not proactive in dealing with problems and the other tenants are even worse. One would be better to stay away then live here. one would be better off to remain homeless then lose one's value in life
