I lived at Walnut Grove for a year and a half, they can't keep an landlord there have been 3 since I lived there. When you move in the carpet is used and they charge you to replace it when you move out. Your charged $30 for water which is not explained to you until you sign your lease. When you move out they calculate the water you use and charge you overage. There's flat paint through out the apartment which get dirty, then charge you to paint the whole apartment.
