This apartment complex was RIPPED OUT completely in Late December 2016. Google should probably update that.
I am very pleased with my experience here at Walnut Grove. Very clean environment and the staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking affordable no frills living.
Heard about the janice hookers...not interested hearing a very true story about the missing girl Marine Elizabeth S. and what they did to her at this walnut complex very sickening it gives me the chills
Awful place where I had to drop an Über rider off. Had an inconsiderate thug kick my door and I pulled into a parking spot next to his car, as well as being threatened to "get turned out" if I didn't leave immediately. Avoid going to this complex if at all possible. Very obvious drug dealers (displaying pistols in plain view) live all over it, as well as possible prostitution.
Not the best, but not the worst either. It depends on the experience you have with this complex. It's no wonder the previous manager could no longer take this place. The reason why I'm giving this place three stars is the reasonable rent, pet-friendly, very nice neighbors, save for one that lived beneath our apartment that constantly throws their possessions around, driving my roommate crazy.
