Unfortunately I've had 3 units in this apartment and they nickel and dime you like no other. I made the dumb mistake of resigning a new lease in December for a new unit. Long story short, they didn't have my apartment ready for my move in on December1st and had the audacity to pro rate charge that day to me. My new unit had the carpet installed the day of my move.
