This business has the most dysfunctional complex I think I have ever seen. I, thankfully, am not a resident here, but visited frequently as I had a dear friend who lived here, who has thankfully since moved out. These apartments have a major issue with racism, to start off. There are a number of problem residents who are very racist, and will make the lives of other tenants absolutely miserable. WARNING!! DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT sign a lease and move here. Please read in its entirety. If I could give this apartment 0 stars I would. I may file a complaint with the EEOC regarding racists rental practices. The staff mainly Alyssa, Bella, & Michael are unpredictable and very rude. Your rent will fluctuate, without warning. Suddenly there are extra late fees, and miscellaneous fees that come out of nowhere without any explanation or warning .Oh and don't try to call to the rent office to have an intelligent conversation.... read more
