the management and maintenance crew is horrible!!! when they perform updates to your unit, they track mud inside without cleaning it up, move/throw your items out of the way with no regard (ex .damaging items costing me over \$1000.00 ), charge you for items that you never received (ex. pool passes that were declined at move-in), and charge you when moving out for damages that either they didnt fix or were non-existent (ex. leaky toilet, cracked blinds, loose closet racks, cleaning apt when you paid a service to clean, etc),... read more
My cat and I love it here. Its really easy to get to the KOP mall as long as you avoid rush hour!
