Honest and dependable I have been taking my cars to Walnut Creek Auto Clinic for over 5 years now and they have always taken very good care of all my family vehicles. We were a little concerned when the ownership changed - now we know that things are even better with the new owners. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Super I had the check engine light come on on my 04 dodge truck and it started driving funny. My husband was convinced that the transmission went bad and we started calling shops to get quotes for replacing the transmission. The quotes we received were from $1500 to $4500. Excellent Work. We have used Walnut Creek Auto Clinic to service all our family vehicles. My son who goes to school in Austin called us a couple of weeks ago and informed us of car problems that he was experiencing. The Chevy dealer had told him that the computer in his car was bad and that was causing the check engine light to come on. The price tag $990.00 The vehicle drove fine with no apparent problems. Very Honest Mechanic I recently took my son's Ford Focus to Walnut Creek Auto Clinic based upon a friend's recommendation and I was very pleased with the service that I received. The car needed some major repairs which were explained to me in terms that I could understand. Honest Have used Walnut Creek Auto on several occasions. Left vehicle afterhours (on Dec 23rd) and had the vehicle back and repaired on the 24th before Christmas Holidays. Always calls with estimate and never been 'surprised' by repair billHonest and dependable
Do Not Go There I would not recommend this facility at all. I took my Pontiac GTO in to have them give me an estimate on new brake pads and possibly turning the rotors. They came back with an estimate of $802.00 because in their opinion all 4 rotors and brake pads had to be replaced. When I asked why the cost was so high, they came back with the fact that I drove a "special" vehicle that had expensive parts. And now I am pulling the woman card. Quality Work I've been taking my car to Walnut Creek Auto clinic since the past 5 years but never got around to writing a review.They are very professional and they will always tell upfront all that your car requires and are never pushy like ...if you know what I mean.They have always done a great job.I've never had any trouble with them and I make sure that I recommend them to all my friends and family. They also give loaner cars which is such a help for me....as then I don't have to borrow my son's car for work.
