I work 3rd shift ,every morning when I get home after 7 ,the maintenance guys are already out picking up garbage and litter to help make the property look nice
It's horrible the pictures of this place are for sure misleading. Don't waste your money people. Maintenance and management is a joke. If you have any standards what so ever you will regret moving here.
These apartments were the worst place that I ever lived in. They don't fix anything and the management/agents: Belinda and Sam are the RUDEST people you'll ever meet. They treat you with zero respect and they act like they're too good to have a conversation with. Whenever you would go to them with a problem they would reply with a rude comment and act like you're interrupting their time of sitting around in their office. Terrible place. Apartments are old and not taken care of. The laundry room has flooded more times than I can count. Can't use the little but of outside dosage that I have because the drain won't drain properly and water just sits so I get gnats. Then they raised the rent. I'd move if I could find the money. Right now I'm stuck.
The staff is friendly and helpful! Would recommend for anyone is who is looking for housing in Florence.
